I Dreamed a Dream

Here is a rare update.  Well, at least rare for these days.  Life has been crazy and super busy.  So many papers and tests and homework assignments crammed into this one week!  (Okay, just one test, but still!)

Last night I had a dream.  I had a dream that Robert had another wife besides me.  Can I just say how happy I am that we don't practice polygamy today.  I would die.  I don't really remember details, but all I know is that I was getting ready in the bathroom with the other wife and she was telling me how she got a new calling at church (like Stake Relief Society President or something), and how that would require Robert to go with her to a bunch of other wards every Sunday, which meant I would not spend any time with him on Sundays.  She didn't say this of course, but in the dream it felt like what she really was saying was "Ha-ha I get more quality time with him than you!"  So after she finished getting ready, I texted (or called, I don't remember) Robert and told him it was either me or her and that he couldn't have us both.  Robert was in the process of deciding who to choose, but I woke up as he was about to tell me.  Lame.  So as I said before, HALLELUJAH praise the Lord we don't practice polygamy anymore.

Random Facts for the Day #2

• School has started, and it's actually been pretty good.
• I sliced my finger/fingernail with a potato peeler a couple of days ago.  It went pretty deep so I thought my finger would be killing for the next week, but surprisingly it doesn't. Unless it my nail gets snagged on something.
• The cold weather should just leave.
• When you die your hair still grows for a couple of months. 
• Your throat muscles can get knotted/tense too.  It's really annoying because I feel like I need to swallow every 3 seconds to get rid of the "lump" in my throat. Which doesn't go away unless you relax. 

And... doesn't this want to make you be a model?

It's a New Year

New Year's Eve was fun.  My siblings, two cousins, Emmali, Robert, and I made a few music videos.  We pulled out our drum set and keyboard from the basement, gathered up some guitars and found some other random instruments, and lip synced to songs.  I'm still debating whether or not I want to post them to Facebook or not.  Still deciding...

To start off the new year, Robert and I went and watched Les Misérables with my family.  Still not as good the second time, but I liked the songs better the second time.  Probably because I knew the words better.  The songs have been stuck in my head these past couple of days.  After Les Misérables, we went bowling with Robert's family, then went to Awful Waffle and had some yummy crepes/waffles.  Afterwards, we went back to his family's house and made some dinner, then watched Ghost Town.  We had a good laugh.  Then we came back to my family's house and slept over again because Robert has work pretty much all day today so I figured I might as well stay here and not be home alone all day.
