Weird Noises

Apparently I make weird noises when I sleep (says Robert).  I sometimes make them when I am awake too, so I know what the noise sounds like.  It's a noise that is made when my mouth is closed and excess air surrounding my tongue gets pushed toward the back of my mouth by my tongue.  I don't even know how to explain it, but that is as close as I can.  It is weird, and I don't know why it does that.

Do you know what else is a weird noise?  Smiling.  I know, smiling?  Smiling makes noise?  It does.  One time for a youth fireside the speaker gave the example of being able to hear a pin drop during silence, then she said the same thing could happen with smiles.  The speaker told everyone to be silent.  After, she told us to all smile on the count to 3.  1... 2... 3 -smiling noise-.  Who knew?

  1. Yeah smiles make a little crackly sound as your cheeks move away from the suction of your mouth...if that makes sense.

I'm curious to hear this weird sleep sound you make. Sounds like SNORING to me. :)
